Fundraising Team Lead - Volunteer

YESLiberia is seeking a passionate and organized Volunteer Fundraising Team Lead ensuring that volunteers are supported, informed, and working together effectively. The team lead will facilitate weekly team meetings, oversee task follow-ups, and help train new volunteers on the team.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate weekly fundraising team meetings to ensure clear communication and accountability
• Support volunteers by clarifying tasks, processes, and expectations
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment across projects.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new fundraising volunteers
• Foster a supportive and collaborative team culture

Requirements

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple people and tasks effectively.
• Previous experience in leadership or team coordination (preferred).
• Availability for weekly team meetings.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and passionate about YesLiberia’s mission.
• Comfortable using online tools and working in a virtual team environment.
