About the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst Intern to support our reporting and impact measurement initiatives. The main focus will be report generation, data visualization, and analysis to derive actionable insights from program data.

This role is ideal for someone seeking hands-on experience with real-world nonprofit data and contributing to impact-driven reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate monthly reports and performance dashboards.
• Create data visualizations to present insights clearly.
• Perform basic data cleaning and validation.
• Conduct simple NLP-based analysis (e.g., sentiment analysis).
• Analyze datasets based on reporting requirements and provide actionable insights.
• Support improvements in reporting structure and workflows.

Tools & Skills (Preferred)

• Google Sheets / Excel
• Python (Pandas, basic NLP libraries)
• Data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio)
• Knowledge of data cleaning and structured datasets
• NLP for sentiment analysis (preferred)
• Apps Script (optional)

Expectations

• Attendance in scheduled meetings is mandatory.
