    Description

    Swan Hospice is accepting college students who are looking for an unpaid healthcare learning experience. Volunteers, at least 18 years old, gain valuable healthcare experience by providing bedside companionship to patients who are at end-of-life.

    Swan Hospice provides service to patients located in facilities

    and the patients’ home; therefore, reliable transportation is required. Visits

    are typically 1-2 hours once a week based on your availability. Students must

    be available during the academic year. References will be provided after

    completing 50 hours of service.
