    Description

Make a real difference in someone's life!

Calling all nursing, social work, pre-med, psychology college students! Elara Caring Hospice is looking for compassionate volunteers willing to donate their time to provide exceptional end-of-life care to local hospice patients in nursing facilities or private home. College student volunteers can achieve this by receiving our advanced hospice volunteer certification, which is a free service-learning program designed to provide participants with an introduction to hospice care and hands on experience. This is a great way to gain community service hours and build one's resume.

For more information and to meet your match, please contact Curvonna Harris, Volunteer Coordinator at (248)794-2031 or email charris2@elara.com.
