    Description

    Are you a sharp-eyed storyteller who’s passionate about amplifying youth voices and shaping powerful narratives? Join our youth-led organization as a Magazine Editor and help lead the creative direction of our publication - a bold platform by youth, for youth.

    ✨ What You’ll Do:

    • Lead the editorial process: review, edit, and provide feedback on all magazine submissions
    • Work closely with youth writers to develop strong, authentic content
    • Collaborate with the lead team to set themes, plan issues, and shape the magazine’s voice
    • Ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with our mission and values
    • Support the recruitment and mentorship of new contributors
    • Contribute your own writing when appropriate
