About the Opportunity:
Camp S.W.A.G., in partnership with The Lady’z Lounge, is seeking high school girls (ages 14–18) to serve as volunteers for the Connect & Thrive Women’s Conference, a dynamic event celebrating women’s empowerment, leadership, and community.
Volunteers will play a key role in making the conference run smoothly, gain hands-on experience in event support, and connect with other motivated teens and inspiring women leaders.
Roles Available:
- Teen Volunteer Team: Registration, hospitality, session assistance, tech support, social media & content capture
- Teen Journalist (1 role): Interview speakers, capture highlights, and produce a brief recap of the conference
Responsibilities:
- Attend assigned 4-hour shift plus 1 hours prep (5 hours total)
- Follow staff instructions and maintain professionalism
- Represent the conference with integrity and respect
- Participate in the mandatory orientation

Eligibility Requirements:
- High school students aged 14–18
- Good academic and behavioral standing with no disciplinary actions
- Parental/guardian consent required
- Commitment to assigned shift and orientation

- Participate in a brief 10–15 minute virtual or phone interview
- Receive acceptance notification with assigned role and shift
Supervision:
Camp S.W.A.G. staff will supervise teens during assigned shifts and prep time. Teens choosing to stay at the conference outside these hours will be unsupervised.
