Role Overview:
We are seeking one highly motivated and organized individual to join our leadership team as Executive Volunteer Coordinator. In this role, you will oversee volunteer engagement, recruitment, and support across programs, while also editing and refining volunteer assignments to ensure consistency and clarity. You’ll help maintain high-quality standards across all volunteer activities so that each person’s contribution aligns with our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead volunteer recruitment campaigns and onboarding.
- Edit and refine volunteer assignments to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with executive team members to match volunteers to roles and opportunities.
- Maintain communication with volunteers, providing guidance and recognition.
- Organize volunteer schedules and track hours/impact where needed.
- Support the development of training materials and resources for volunteers.
- Contribute ideas to strengthen volunteer retention and community-building.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to edit and standardize assignments.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Leadership potential and initiative.
- Prior volunteer or leadership experience is an asset, but not required.
- Passion for community service and supporting others.
