    Directions

    Overview

    We’re looking for a passionate and driven Resource Mobilization Officer (Volunteer) to help strengthen the financial sustainability of our programs. In this role, you’ll design and implement strategies to attract funding, build donor relationships, and support the long-term growth of our organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a strategic resource mobilization plan aligned with our mission and goals.
    • Identify and engage potential donors, including foundations, government agencies, and international partners.
    • Manage and grow the donor portfolio, maintaining strong, lasting relationships.
    • Lead creative fundraising campaigns and events to expand our impact.
    • Collaborate with program and communications teams to develop compelling funding proposals and reports.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Experience in fundraising, donor relations, or resource mobilization.
    • Excellent communication, writing, and negotiation skills.
    • Strong teamwork and project management abilities.
    • Familiarity with fundraising platforms or project management tools is an advantage.

    Commitment

    This is a volunteer position with a duration of 6 months to 1 year, virtually or onsite with the possibility of extension based on mutual agreement.
