Our team at Sambhali U.S. is proud to support their efforts and honored to tell the stories of the women and girls of Sambhali.

    About the Role

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Executive & Operations Assistant to support the overall operations of Sambhali U.S. This role reports directly to the President of Sambhali U.S. and is critical in ensuring the overall smooth operations and growth of the organization. If you enjoy problem-solving, organizing systems, and supporting teams behind the scenes, this position is a great fit.

    Key Responsibilities

      • Collaborate with President and Secretary to prepare and execute Board, Executive Committee, Governance and Board Development Committee, and task force meetings.
      • Manage organization contact list.
      • Manage donation tracking, acknowledgement, and classification.
      • Organize and manage renewals and billing.
      • Perform end-of-month review of donations and operations.
      • Develop system changes to improve clarity and efficiency.

    Skills & Qualifications

      • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
      • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Forms and PowerPoint).
      • Comfortable managing databases, spreadsheets, and digital forms.
      • Excellent communication skills and responsiveness.
      • Passion for the mission of Sambhali U.S.
