    Position Summary

    Bring Hope is seeking a Program Development Specialist Volunteer to support the design, enhancement, and evaluation of our wellness and behavioral health programs. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in social services, program management, or nonprofit development who want to make a measurable impact on community wellness.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to develop new programs for behavioral health, wellness, or recovery services.
    • Assist in evaluating existing programs, including reviewing outcomes data, client feedback, and best practices.
    • Research evidence-based approaches and recommend enhancements to increase program effectiveness.
    • Support grant and funding proposals by providing programmatic insight and documentation.
    • Help create implementation plans, workflows, and tools to ensure programs run smoothly.
    • Participate in team meetings, planning sessions, and program reviews.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, Nonprofit Management, or related field.
    • Experience in program development, evaluation, or project management preferred.
    • Knowledge of behavioral health, substance use recovery, or wellness programs is a plus.
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
