As a Public Health Coordinator, you'll connect refugee and immigrant families, primarily African adults and children, with essential medical care through Unite Us, email, and phone communication. Your focus will be sourcing general practitioner and surgical health resources that are free or low-cost. When free options are exhausted, AUCC can fund medical services as a last resort. You'll match clients with appropriate healthcare providers, document demographic and location data for our Data team to track service gaps, and represent our organization at community conferences to advocate for expanded health access.
Please answer all short questions. You should have a background or training in healthcare, medicine, or public health. Our team has PhD students who can guide you. You MUST have a CV/Resume to get accepted.
