    Description

    • Plan, organize, and lead daily camp activities for children and youth, including sports, arts, games, and outdoor adventures.
    • Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive environment where participants can learn, have fun, and build confidence.
    • Supervise and support campers at all times, including transitions, meal times, and outdoor play.
    • Encourage teamwork, leadership, and social skills through group activities and cooperative challenges.
    • Prepare and maintain materials, equipment, and activity areas, ensuring they are safe and ready for use.
    • Monitor camper behavior and provide guidance, promoting positive interactions and conflict resolution.
    • Communicate with parents/guardians and staff about camper progress, achievements, and any concerns.
    • Assist with special events, field trips, and program evaluations, contributing to the overall camp experience.

    Who We're Looking For:

    • Minimum age: 12
    • Passionate about volunteering and open to learning new skills and softwares
    • Complete training prior to start date
    • Can commit to the shift schedule

    Bonus Skills:

    • Fluency/high proficiency in a language other than English
    • Previous volunteer experience
