    Volunteer Grant Writer – Fiscal Sponsorships & Native American Indian (NAI) Funding Specialist

    World Water Solutions (WWS) – a Bad River Chippewa Native-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit – is seeking a Volunteer Grant Writer with expertise in Fiscal Sponsorships and Native American Indian (NAI) funding resources.

    This role is key to expanding WWS’s ability to act as a fiscal sponsor for aligned projects, while also securing funding for our core initiatives in agriculture, clean water, reforestation, and Indigenous-led sustainability.

    You will help WWS establish, manage, and grow fiscal sponsorship opportunities while identifying grants that specifically support Native-led projects and community-driven solutions.

    Instructions:

    Demonstrated experience with fiscal sponsorships and nonprofit financial compliance.

    Familiarity with Native American Indian funding resources and U.S. grantmaking systems.

    Strong writing, organization, and project management skills.

    Ability to work remotely and independently, while staying aligned with WWS leadership.

    Commitment to advancing Native-led, sustainable, and culturally grounded solutions.
