    Description

    Volunteer position. Time commitment: 5-7 hours per week

    The CEU Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring students receive appropriate credit for meeting the continuing education requirements of relevant professional organizations. This role involves coordinating with various professional bodies, submitting and maintaining applications for course approval, and supporting accurate CEU distribution to learners.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare and submit CEU applications to relevant organizations such as IAABC, CCPDT, KPA, RACE, and any new organizations that become relevant.
    • Follow up with accrediting organizations to track the progress of applications and address any inquiries or additional requirements.
    • Proactively monitor CEU approvals and renewals, ensuring information remains current and accurate wherever it is distributed to students (e.g., within the learning platform).
    • Ensure students receive appropriate credit for CEUs within two weeks of being earned.
    • Maintain organized internal records of CEU applications, approvals, renewals, and reporting deadlines.
    • Liaise with internal team members to gather necessary information for CEU applications.
    • Communicate requirements, updates, and status changes to relevant team members to ensure ongoing compliance with accrediting organization standards.
    • Foster positive relationships with accrediting bodies and serve as the primary point of contact for CEU-related inquiries.
    • Maintain a consistent presence by participating in team meetups and ongoing communication in team Slack channels as needed.

    Job Requirements - Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple timelines simultaneously
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping
    • Comfort with technology, including familiarity with database systems (eg. AirTable), learning platforms, and Google Workspace
    • Polite, clear, and responsive communication skills
    • Flexibility in working hours to accommodate deadlines and time-sensitive tasks
    • Willingness to communicate and collaborate using Slack
    • Availability to volunteer 5-7 hours per week
    • Training and onboarding support will be provided
