About Us
Minnesota Dignity Collaborative (MDC) is a Minnesota based 501(c)(3) nonprofit working to ensure that every Minnesotan has access to housing, healthcare, and a sense of belonging. Our Pathway to Home (PTH) initiative trains volunteers—called Pathway to Home Navigators—to walk alongside neighbors experiencing homelessness or housing instability, offering support, encouragement, and connection to resources.
About the Role
As a Pathway to Home Navigator, you’ll play a direct role in helping neighbors move toward stability.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Meeting one-on-one with individuals or families to offer support and guidance
- Helping connect neighbors to local resources such as housing programs, healthcare, and community supports
- Collaborating with other volunteers and community partners
- Participating in MDC’s free training and ongoing mentorship
This role is ideal for compassionate people who want to make a meaningful difference in their community but need flexibility in their schedule.
