MLK Day - Sort Greeting Cards for Seniors (South Seattle: Beacon Hill)

Help our nonprofit Full Life Care sort our supply of handmade greeting cards (collected from volunteers around the country) that will later be mailed and distributed to seniors, caregivers, and adults with disabilities for seasonal holidays and occasions throughout the year.

Advance sign up and communication via email by 1/14 is required; Space is limited. For new volunteers only. (Separate events will be offered for current and returning volunteers later in the year.)

Service tasks will include counting, sorting and categorizing cards by type, stuffing envelopes, and handwriting your own well wishes for our clients in blank cards.

Either Individual or Group participation is welcomed; Minimum age of 18 (unless accompanied by an adult group leader, parent, or guardian).

All supplies provided; Additional contributions of handwritten cards / donations are welcomed.
