    Take Trips MES wants you!

    What will you do?: Assist CEO (Barbara K.) on day to day administrative task of the organizations: replying back to volunteers/interns, liaison/streamline task from CEO to each department, communicate professionally and effectively via email and orally.

    Qualificiations:

    • Candidate should have good communication and listening skills. Able to work with a team for time and timesheets, monitor individual who are on shift.
    • Create/help with financial spreadsheet, writing grammatically correct emails,
    • Public speaking
    • Candidate must be able to multitask, as well as be a team player and leader.

    Requirements:

    • Eager individual with strong organization and leadership skills
    • Corporate passionate
    • People orientated
    • Readily available and or flexible to assist and adapt to given tasks and procedures
    • Strong communicator
