    Description

Mercy Housing: Bay Area - International Language Volunteer Translators

Mercy Housing is a leading affordable housing organization, working to eliminate homelessness and housing insecurity for families, seniors, individuals, and people with disabilities who lack the economic resources to access quality, safe housing opportunities.

We are looking for volunteers to help at our sites in the Bay Area - including San Francisco, San Leandro, and Pittsburg - to assist our international language residents with translations, or even teach a class to help our residents learn English.

Desired languages include, but are not limited to, Spanish, Korean, Farsi, Mandarin, and Russian.

Opportunities and schedules are flexible and may vary. Our Volunteer Coordinator will connect you with sites in the area that require your help.
