    Description

    Hospice volunteering is a unique opportunity to impact patients and their families by providing compassion and care for people as they near the end of life. Cornerstone Hospice, an affiliate of Chapters Health, is looking for volunteers who are dedicated to making a difference among our patients and families.

    We are in need of volunteers to make a weekly visits to patients to offer emotional support and companionship.We will assign you to someone close to you.
