    Description

    Overview

    Child Inc is seeking a skilled volunteer videographer or video production team to help us tell our story through a professionally produced 6–8 minute impact video.

    This video will premiere at our Annual Report Launch and will also be featured across our website and social media platforms. It will highlight the transformative impact of our early childhood education and comprehensive family support programs in Central Texas.

    We are looking for a volunteer who believes in the power of high-quality storytelling to elevate mission-driven work and who is willing to donate their time and expertise to support children and families in our community.

    Volunteer Scope of Work

    The completed video should:

    • Be approximately 6–8 minutes in length
    • Include interviews with:
      • Child Inc Executive Director
      • A parent participant
      • A community partner
    • Capture classroom activities and authentic interactions with children and staff
    • Be filmed at one designated Child Inc site
    • Reflect Child Inc’s mission, values, and warm, community-centered tone
    • Incorporate organizational branding elements (logo, colors, messaging guidance provided)

    Deliverables

    • Final edited video in high-resolution format suitable for web, presentation, and social media
    • Short teaser clips (optional but appreciated)
    • All raw footage provided to Child Inc upon project completion

    Project Timeline

    • Volunteer Interest Deadline: Wednesday, March 13 , 2026, by 5:00 PM CS
    • Filming Window: March 30 to April 3 (exact date coordinated with selected volunteer/flexible)
    • Final Video Delivery: April 10, 2026
