Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
- Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence
- Prepare documents, presentations, and administrative reports
- Assist with event coordination and community engagement activities
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment at all times
- Provide personal and professional support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Handle errands, scheduling, and task reminders as needed
- Liaison with community members, partners, and organizational staff
