    Description

    We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and service-oriented Executive Personal Assistant to support a busy leader who oversees multiple community initiatives, outreach activities, and public engagements.

    The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and comfortable working in a role that requires professionalism, confidentiality, and excellent communication skills. This position involves supporting daily operations, managing schedules, and coordinating community-related tasks.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
    • Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence
    • Prepare documents, presentations, and administrative reports
    • Assist with event coordination and community engagement activities
    • Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment at all times
    • Provide personal and professional support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
    • Handle errands, scheduling, and task reminders as needed
    • Liaison with community members, partners, and organizational staff

    Ideal Candidate

    • Organized, flexible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Comfortable interacting with diverse groups and community stakeholders
    • Able to maintain professionalism, discretion, and respect for sensitive matters
    • Tech-savvy with experience using calendars, email systems, and productivity tools
    • Reliable transportation preferred

    Commitment & Compensation

    Hours and compensation will be discussed during the interview based on availability and experience.
