    About Benjamin Runga Foundation:

    The Benjamin Runga Foundation is a non-profit organization located in Arusha, Tanzania, dedicated to transforming the lives of Tanzanian youths through education and empowerment. We believe that access to Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is a crucial tool for personal and community development. We are seeking passionate volunteers who share our vision and can contribute to the advancement of Tanzanian youth through ICT education.

    Volunteer Role:

    As a volunteer with the Benjamin Runga Foundation, you will have the unique opportunity to teach Tanzanian youths ICT education. Your role will include:

    1. Teaching ICT Skills: You will be responsible for delivering ICT education to young students, focusing on computer literacy, software applications, and digital skills.
    2. Empowering Youth: Inspire and empower Tanzanian youths to use their newly acquired ICT knowledge to advance themselves and their communities.
    3. Mentoring and Support: Provide mentorship and guidance to students, helping them apply ICT skills in real-life situations.

    Requirements:

    • Passion for education and empowering youth.
    • Basic understanding of ICT and computer skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to the local context.
    • Previous teaching or mentoring experience is a plus but not required.
