We are seeking individuals who can make phone calls to patients or caregivers to make sure they are not running out of supplies before the next week. All patients receive medications, equipment and supplies, and we do not want they to run out before the next shipment.
Volunteer needs to be professional, able to dedicate 1-2 hours weekly on a weekly basis, consistently showing up to the office, making phone calls, documenting calls, notifiying support team members that need to order or fill requests. Filing paperwork, accuracy is crutial to this position.
You will be able to work at the office, in private parking garage, work between 9am-4pm for about 2 hours or so Wednesdays and Thursdays, making phone calls to patients for supplies and medication needs. Also, you will need to complete paperwork for the patient needs so we can place the orders. Training will be provided. Then weekly you can make the phone calls to new patients and make sure they have all the necessary medications, supplies, and equipment they might needs. Again, completing paperwork to make sure the items are ordered and recorded.
This position is a very specific, needs to have someone that has people skills, listening skills and ability to communicate with office staff as well as phone callers.
