    Assistant Coordinator

    About Us

    Constillate is a youth-led nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to education, leadership development, and community resources for students. Our work is driven by students, for students, and we believe in empowering young leaders with real responsibility, mentorship, and hands-on experience in nonprofit operations.

    We are currently seeking motivated, reliable students to join our team as Assistant Coordinators.

    Role Overview

    As an Assistant Coordinator, you will work closely with a designated Coordinator to support one of Constillate’s core operational teams. This role is designed for students who are eager to gain leadership experience, contribute meaningfully to a growing nonprofit, and develop professional skills in a collaborative environment.

    • Fundraising
    • Curriculum Development
    • Grant Research & Applications
    • Social Media Management
    • Graphic Design & Creative Media

    • Program Coordination

    Responsibilities

    Assistant Coordinators are expected to:

    • Support the Coordinator in planning, executing, and managing team initiatives
    • Attend required meetings and actively participate in discussions and planning
    • Complete assigned tasks on time and communicate progress clearly
    • Collaborate with other team members and departments when needed
    • Contribute ideas to improve programs, engagement, and organizational impact
    • Uphold Constillate’s values, professionalism, and standards at all times

    Qualifications

    Ideal candidates:

    • Are currently students (high school or college)
    • Are organized, dependable, and able to manage time effectively
    • Have strong communication and teamwork skills
    • Are passionate about education, youth leadership, or nonprofit work
    • Are willing to learn, take feedback, and grow in a leadership role
