We are currently seeking motivated, reliable students to join our team as Assistant Coordinators.
Role Overview
As an Assistant Coordinator, you will work closely with a designated Coordinator to support one of Constillate’s core operational teams. This role is designed for students who are eager to gain leadership experience, contribute meaningfully to a growing nonprofit, and develop professional skills in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
Assistant Coordinators are expected to:
- Support the Coordinator in planning, executing, and managing team initiatives
- Attend required meetings and actively participate in discussions and planning
- Complete assigned tasks on time and communicate progress clearly
- Collaborate with other team members and departments when needed
- Contribute ideas to improve programs, engagement, and organizational impact
- Uphold Constillate’s values, professionalism, and standards at all times
Qualifications
Ideal candidates:
- Are currently students (high school or college)
- Are organized, dependable, and able to manage time effectively
- Have strong communication and teamwork skills
- Are passionate about education, youth leadership, or nonprofit work
- Are willing to learn, take feedback, and grow in a leadership role
