About the Role We are seeking a creative and passionate Brand Designer to lead the development of RICCA’s rebranding and visual identity. This includes refining our logo, color palette, and overall look and feel document to reflect our values, story, and purpose. The branding document will be guided by:

- The diversity, culture, and natural richness of rural life.
- The spirit of African heritage and community.
- Our belief that education should bring joy, purpose, and connection beyond the classroom.

Your Contribution
- Reimagine and refine the existing RICCA logo — telling the story of a playful African child in a rural setting inspired for their dreams.
- Create a cohesive visual identity that aligns with our name RICCA and (from Rika — “shared identity and experiences”).
- Develop brand guidelines that embody our values and ethos.
- Ensure the new brand celebrates and strengthens the identity of the children, parents, and communities we serve.
You Are:
- A passionate designer who believes in the power of storytelling and purpose-driven design.
- Skilled in logo and brand development (experience with NGOs or social causes is a plus).
