    VOLUNTEERS STAFF

    🧒 Direct Youth Engagement

    • Mentorship & Tutoring: Support academic growth and emotional resilience through one-on-one or group sessions.
    • Activity Facilitation: Lead arts, crafts, sports, or faith-based workshops aligned with trauma-informed care.
    • Transportation Assistance: Help coordinate or supervise youth transport to and from programs (if licensed and vetted).

    🗂️ Administrative & Operational Support

    • Office Assistance: Answer phones, manage files, prep materials, and support scheduling.
    • Data Entry & Reporting: Input attendance, progress notes, or donor data into secure systems.
    • Volunteer Coordination: Help onboard new volunteers, distribute handbooks, and track hours.

    🎉 Event & Outreach Support

    • Fundraising Events: Assist with setup, registration, hospitality, and sales of branded products.
    • Community Outreach: Distribute flyers, speak at local churches or schools, and represent the mission.
    • Social Media & Content Creation: Capture photos, write posts, or help design visuals that reflect hope and inclusion.

    🎨 Creative & Faith-Based Roles

    • Branded Product Assembly: Package lapel pins, donor inserts, or outreach kits with care.
    • Spiritual Support: Lead prayer circles, scripture-based reflections, or faith mentoring (if appropriate).
    • Visual Identity Support: Assist in decorating spaces, designing signage, or contributing to mission-aligned aesthetics.
