    Position Overview:

    The Junior Operations Director supports the overall management and coordination of AOTH’s projects, teams, and organizational systems. This role works closely with the Operations Director and Executive Board to ensure efficient communication, workflow, and execution of service initiatives across departments.

    Responsibilities & Skills Needed:

    • Assist with planning and overseeing organizational operations and meetings.
    • Manage project timelines, team communication, and documentation.
    • Help coordinate events and logistics.
    • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills required.
