About Us:
The Donovan’s Venom is a 501c3 nonprofit organization focused on curating universal accessibility to fine arts and music education for all. We are passionately dedicated to ensuring that everyone, regardless of financial circumstances, has access to high-quality music education, performance opportunities, and fine art. We aim to inspire, empower, and uplift communities by fostering a love for music and the arts through our commitment to education, inclusivity, diversity, and social impact, which drives us to expand our reach continually and enrich the lives of those we serve.
We’re looking for a passionate, people-centered professional to help us strengthen partnerships with local elementary schools. In this role, you’ll work closely with principals, teachers, families, and community partners to create meaningful programs that support learning, spark creativity, and bring people together. Your work will help ensure every child has access to engaging experiences both inside and outside the classroom.
What you’ll do:
- Build strong, positive relationships with school administrators, teachers, and community leaders.
- Create and support partnership programs that enrich classroom learning and encourage curiosity and confidence in students.
- Coordinate school and community events—like workshops, family nights, after-school activities, and student showcases.
- Provide responsive, hands-on support to schools to ensure programs run smoothly and make a real impact.
- Track participation and feedback to celebrate successes and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with educators and partners to design new ways to engage students and families.
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with educators, families, and community partners.
- Experience in educational outreach, school or nonprofit program coordination, or community engagement—especially in elementary settings.
- An understanding of how to support the unique needs of young learners and the educators who inspire them.
- Comfort using CRM or tracking tools to manage partnerships and communication.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to navigate challenges with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Creativity, initiative, and a passion for building programs that help children learn and grow.
If you believe that strong partnerships can transform schools and communities, we’d love to welcome you to our team!
