The Donovan’s Venom is a 501c3 nonprofit organization focused on curating universal accessibility to fine arts and music education for all. We are passionately dedicated to ensuring that everyone, regardless of financial circumstances, has access to high-quality music education, performance opportunities, and fine art. We aim to inspire, empower, and uplift communities by fostering a love for music and the arts through our commitment to education, inclusivity, diversity, and social impact, which drives us to expand our reach continually and enrich the lives of those we serve.
We’re looking for an Academic Liaison to join our growing team!
What you’ll do:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, educators, and other key stakeholders in academic institutions.
- Develop and execute partnership programs that support curriculum enrichment and extracurricular activities for students, staff, and faculty.
- Coordinate and oversee the logistics of collaborative events, internships, workshops, and seminars.
- Provide ongoing customer facing support and support to our schools to ensure successful program implementation.
- Analyze program effectiveness and generate reports on partnership outcomes.
- Student Engagement.
What we’re looking for:
- Possession of excellent communication skills.
- Experience in educational outreach or school administration.
- Experience working directly with schools, teachers, or administrators, understanding their needs and how to address them effectively.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for tracking interactions and partnerships.
- Ability to address and resolve conflicts or issues that arise in partnerships.
- Ability to develop long-term strategies and goals for school partnerships.
- Understanding of educational policies and regulations that impact school partnerships.
