    UX Project Manager

    About Us:

    The Donovan’s Venom is a 501c3 nonprofit organization focused on curating universal accessibility to fine arts and music education for all. We are passionately dedicated to ensuring that everyone, regardless of financial circumstances, has access to high-quality music education, performance opportunities, and fine art. We aim to inspire, empower, and uplift communities by fostering a love for music and the arts through our commitment to education, inclusivity, diversity, and social impact, which drives us to expand our reach continually and enrich the lives of those we serve.

    We’re looking for a UX Project Manager to join our growing team!

    What you’ll do:

    • Develop detailed project plans for each initiative
    • Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing potential roadblocks
    • Ensure team members stay focused and meet designated deadlines
    • Collaborate closely with designers to maintain high-quality standards
    • Utilize tools such as Figma and Slack to facilitate project management and communication

    What we’re looking for:

    • 1+ years of experience in a project management role, preferably in UX/UI design projects
    • Experience managing digital product initiatives
    • Possession of strong organizational and communication skills
    • Knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies
    • Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma or related tools
    • Possession of strong organizational and communication skills
    • A portfolio demonstrating previous UX/UI design work is required
    • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field preferred
