    Human Health Project (HHP) is a holistic health literacy charity. Our mission is to improve the health of the underserved and vulnerable through holistic information, education and advocacy.     As a Social Impact and Mission Marketing Coordinator, you'll support our organization's mission through strategic marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on social impact and community engagement. This role involves developing and implementing marketing plans, creating compelling content, managing social media, and engaging with stakeholders to actively promote our organization's mission and programs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Developing and Implementing Marketing Plans: You'll create and execute marketing strategies aligned with our organization's mission and goals, including social media campaigns, content marketing, and event promotion.
    • Content Creation: You'll craft engaging content for various platforms, such as social media posts, website content, email marketing, and blog posts.
    • Social Media Management: You'll manage our organization's social media presence, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: You'll build relationships with donors, volunteers, community partners, and other stakeholders, which is crucial for amplifying our organization's message and impact.
    • Event Coordination: This may involve planning and executing events that support our organization's mission and provide opportunities for community engagement.
    • Data Analysis and Reporting: You'll track and analyze marketing campaign performance, as well as other relevant data, which is essential for demonstrating impact and making data-driven decisions.
    • Collaboration: You'll work with other team members, including program staff, development, and communications, to ensure consistent messaging and maximize impact.
    • Brand Management: You'll ensure consistency in branding, tone, and style across all marketing materials.
    • Fundraising Support: You'll assist with fundraising efforts through digital marketing initiatives.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Strong Communication Skills: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, which are essential for creating compelling content and engaging with various stakeholders.
    • Creativity and Content Development: You possess the crucial ability to develop creative and engaging content for different platforms.
    • Social Media Proficiency: You have experience with social media management, including platform knowledge, content creation, and analytics.
    • Organizational Skills: You're able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
    • Digital Marketing Knowledge: You're familiar with digital marketing tools and strategies.
    • Passion for Social Impact: You have a genuine interest in our organization's mission and a strong desire to make a positive impact.
    • Analytical Skills: You can analyze data and track campaign performance.
    • Teamwork and Collaboration: You can work effectively with others and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
    • Adaptability: You're able to adapt to changing priorities and learn new skills quickly.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
    • Previous experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the nonprofit or social impact sector.
    • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, or similar marketing platforms.
    • Knowledge of fundraising marketing techniques and donor engagement strategies.
    • Experience managing paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.

    Time Commitment:

    • Volunteer role requiring approximately 15–20 hours per month.
    • Flexible scheduling with availability for occasional evening or weekend events when campaigns or community activities are underway.

    Remote/In-Person Status:

    • Primarily a remote role, with opportunities for in-person participation during events, campaigns, or special community engagement initiatives, depending on organizational needs.

    • Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
