Project Balanced Bingo Night

Volunteers will assist in organizing and running Bingo Night to ensure the event runs smoothly and is enjoyable for all participants. Responsibilities include helping set up the cafeteria before the event by arranging tables and chairs, decorating the space with themed decorations, and organizing food and refreshments for attendees. Volunteers will also help display and organize prizes so that participants can clearly see what they are playing for.

During the event, volunteers may assist with distributing bingo cards and materials, explaining the rules to participants if needed, and helping the caller run the game by calling out numbers, checking winning cards, and keeping the rounds moving efficiently. Volunteers will also help maintain a welcoming and organized environment by assisting participants and answering questions throughout the event.

After Bingo Night ends, volunteers will help with clean-up by collecting materials, taking down decorations, disposing of trash, and returning tables, chairs, and supplies to their proper locations. This role helps ensure the event is fun, organized, and successful for everyone involved.
