Why This Role Matters

Digital learning is one of the key ways we reach newcomers across regions and time zones. As a Volunteer Digital Learning Specialist, you help create smooth, accessible, and engaging virtual learning experiences—especially for our Integration Learning Series webinars.

Your work ensures that every participant, regardless of location or background, has access to high-quality, culturally supportive learning spaces that honor their lived experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing

• You’ll support the production and delivery of the Integration Learning Series webinars.
• You’ll manage digital learning tools, organize files, and upload resources for facilitators and participants.
• You’ll assist with recordings, light video editing, and accessibility features to ensure content is inclusive.
• You’ll help prepare slides, templates, and digital handouts that enhance the learning experience.
• You’ll coordinate with the Curriculum Pod to keep content aligned with delivery plans.
• You’ll collaborate with the Outreach Specialist on webinar promotion, registration, and visibility.
• You’ll support the Project Coordinator with tech testing, event setup, and logistical needs.
• You’ll maintain trauma-informed, learner-centered digital environments throughout each session.

What You Bring

• Experience or interest in digital learning, webinar production, multimedia, or educational technology.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Comfort using platforms like Zoom, Google Drive, Canva, or similar tools.
• Detail-oriented with a learner-centered mindset.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required.
