    Description

    Operations & Logistics is responsible for making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly on event day. This role focuses on organization, coordination, and problem-solving so players, staff, and media can focus on the game.

    Think of this role as the engine that keeps the event moving.

    🔧 Typical Responsibilities

    • Assist with event setup and breakdown
    • Help manage equipment (balls, cones, jerseys, goals)
    • Support player and staff check-in
    • Help keep the event on schedule
    • Coordinate with media, announcers, and event staff
    • Help manage spectator flow and sideline organization
    • Assist the organizer with on-site needs and quick fixes
