About the Organization:

Women Into Networking (WIN) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women entrepreneurs/professionals and the men who support us through our networking community!

At WIN, we empower women through our programs, projects, workshops, events, and activities.

Role Summary:

We are seeking reliable, consistent volunteers to help lead and support our annual conference.

Key Responsibilities Include:

~Social media content creation, scheduling, graphic design, and campaigns

~Outreach to event sponsors, grant writing, photography, and vendor support

~Event planning, coordinating, and facilitating

Qualifications:

~Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

~Ability to work independently or with a team, and meet deadlines

~Comfortable using digital tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Canva, etc.

~Previous nonprofit or volunteer experience a plus, but not required
