Volunteer Opportunity: Personal Assistant to the Executive Director

Description
Creative Emajinations is seeking a reliable, organized volunteer to support our Executive Director with light administrative and scheduling tasks. This role helps keep our programs, partnerships, and community work running smoothly.
Responsibilities may include:
- Calendar support and meeting reminders
- Sending follow-up emails or texts
- Organizing documents and notes
- Helping prepare simple agendas or Canva materials
- Occasional coordination with volunteers or partners
Time Commitment:
- Flexible schedule
- Approximately 3–6 hours per week
- Mostly remote; occasional in-person support is a plus
Ideal for someone who is:
- Organized and dependable
- Comfortable with email, Google Docs, and Canva
- Professional, discreet, and mission-driven
- Looking to support arts education and community impact
This is a volunteer role with potential to grow as the organization grows.
