    Description

    Service Learning Program Facilitator

     Work in a partnership with youth ( K-12) and adults (18-24) to provide an environment where they can discover themselves, connect with others, and take action to make the world a better place through volunteerism and leadership.

     Ensure that the program offered aligns to Girls Serving Successfully Inc mission and includes the components of the Service Learning model I.P.A.R.D.

     Serve as a positive example for youth by modeling positive attributes such as reliability, respect for others, inclusiveness, and a positive attitude.

     Organize fun, interactive, activities that address current issues involving youth (K-12) interests and their needs.

     Communicate effectively and deliver presentations and information to the individual or group.

     Support and encourage youth in attaining desired goals and awards.
