    Description

Friendly Visits With Patients - Kokomo Area

Sometimes the most meaningful gift is simply being there. Compassus Hospice is seeking volunteers in the Kokomo area to provide friendly visits to patients, offering companionship, conversation, and comfort.

    Volunteers may:

    • Share stories and listen with empathy
    • Read aloud, write letters, or play music
    • Sit quietly as a calming presence
    • Engage in light activities such as puzzles, crafts, or simply enjoying time together

Every visit brings connection and dignity to patients and reminds families they are not alone. No medical experience is required - just your time and compassion.
