    Description

    We are seeking a Grant Coordinator to support and strengthen our growing grants program. This role will focus on the organizational backbone of our grant-writing efforts. This position will ensure that research, assignments, and tracking flow smoothly.

    The Grant Coordinator will:

    • Oversee and maintain the grant database
    • Review grant entries submitted by our Data Entry Analysts for accuracy and completeness
    • Assign grant research tasks to team members
    • Manage grant writer assignments and workflow
    • Track grant application statuses, deadlines, and approvals within the community
    • Report directly to the Founder

    This is a volunteer position with potential for a future stipend and growth into a part-time or full-time paid role.

    Qualifications:

    • Detail-oriented and highly organized
    • Familiarity with the grant process (research, applications, tracking)
    • Interest in the backend systems and coordination aspects of grant writing
    • Strong communication and team management skills
    • Comfortable working in databases and tracking systems
