Overview:

As a Connection Host, you will play a vital role in creating a warm, welcoming, and encouraging online environment for our weekly services. You are the friendly voice in the chat—helping people feel seen, supported, and connected.

This is an amazing opportunity for someone who loves people, enjoys online community, and wants to make a meaningful impact from home.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome attendees as they join the online service
• Engage in live chat through encouragement, prayer, and friendly conversation
• Help answer simple questions about the service, church, or next steps
• Share helpful links and resources when needed
• Pray for and support guests who request care
• Model a joyful, Christ-centered presence in the online community

• Are comfortable chatting online (no tech expertise required!)
• Enjoy encouraging others
• Have a heart for ministry and serving Jesus
• Can commit to at least 1 online service per week
• Want to make a difference from wherever you are

Time Commitment:

• 2 hours per week
• Sunday Nights at 8:30 until 10:30 PM EST.
• Training provided—no experience needed
