    (Virtual Opportunity | The Younger Legacy Academy)

    We are assembling a high-level, innovation-focused volunteer team to help build the next generation of youth STEM tools and digital learning technology under The Younger Legacy Academy’s Innovation Program.

    This opportunity is for creative thinkers who enjoy designing, prototyping, coding, and bringing new ideas to life.

    What You’ll Help Build

    Volunteers will collaborate virtually on confidential STEM projects, including:

    1. Electronics + Hardware Prototypes
    • Early-stage sensor-based educational devices
    • Modular circuit learning kits for hands-on STEM exploration
    • Interactive youth learning tools that combine creativity, problem-solving, and technology
    1. Mobile App Development (iOS + Android)
    • A financial literacy learning app for young students
    • ABC-style digital learning modules
    • UI/UX development, animations, and App Store preparation
    • Feature testing, coding support, and interface improvements
    1. STEM Curriculum Tools
    • Interactive digital challenges
    • Hands-on experiment guides
    • Creative tools for real-world learning

    This is a virtual and flexible collaboration with weekly or bi-weekly progress check-ins.

    Requirements

    • Ability to meet virtually (Zoom/Google Meet)
    • Skill or interest in at least ONE of the following areas:

    – App development (Swift, Flutter, React Native, etc.)

    – Electronics / Arduino / Raspberry Pi / circuitry / prototyping

    – 3D modeling or CAD

    – UX/UI wireframing or design tools

    – Coding, robotics, or game development

    • Willingness to collaborate in a team environment
    • Signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before receiving project details (to protect all innovation work)

    What Volunteers Receive

    • Certification of volunteer service hours

    Time Commitment
