    About Us:

    The Donovan’s Venom is a 501c3 nonprofit organization focused on curating universal accessibility to fine arts and music education for all. We are passionately dedicated to ensuring that everyone, regardless of financial circumstances, has access to high-quality music education, performance opportunities, and fine art. We aim to inspire, empower, and uplift communities by fostering a love for music and the arts through our commitment to education, inclusivity, diversity, and social impact, which drives us to expand our reach continually and enrich the lives of those we serve.

    We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our growing team!

    What you’ll do:

    • Design and produce various marketing materials, including pamphlets, flyers, brochures, and digital content that align with our mission.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and outreach teams to develop creative concepts and visuals.
    • Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency and reflect our organization's values.
    • Utilize graphic design software, including Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite, to create high-quality visuals.
    • Manage multiple projects and deadlines, contributing to a positive team dynamic.
    • Stay informed about design trends and best practices to enhance our visual communication efforts.
    • Assist with other design-related tasks as needed.

    What we’re looking for:

    • 1+years experience in Graphic Design or a related field, with a portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
    • Proficiency in graphic design software, including Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
    • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
    • Passion for non-profit work and commitment to our mission.
