    Alzheimer's Community Connectors help raise awareness, provide basic information and connect people to services provided by the Alzheimer's Association.

    This is an outreach position that assists with health fairs and events around Polk County.

    Select events that fit your schedule. Events typically last 2-5 hours and may involve standing and light lifting (5 lbs).
