The Donovan’s Venom is a 501c3 nonprofit organization focused on curating universal accessibility to fine arts and music education for all. We are passionately dedicated to ensuring that everyone, regardless of financial circumstances, has access to high-quality music education, performance opportunities, and fine art. We aim to inspire, empower, and uplift communities by fostering a love for music and the arts through our commitment to education, inclusivity, diversity, and social impact, which drives us to expand our reach continually and enrich the lives of those we serve.

We’re looking for an UI Illustrator to join our growing team!

What you’ll do:

• Develop designs for information screens, onboarding sequences, badges, and success screens
• Establish a design system for badges to ensure consistency and scalability
• Design brand related avatar figures for app profiles (in app and website)
• Ability to deliver assets in SVG format for optimal compatibility and scalability
• Conduct an audit of current illustrations in the app design, making necessary updates and edits as required

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Experience with handing over deliverables to developers on time
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, taking feedback and iterating on designs in a timely fashion
• Ability to contribute consistent time to the project
• Ability to pay strong attention to detail
• Passion for creating visually appealing user experiences
• Portfolio showcasing your illustration and UI design skills
