    Assistant to the Executive Director

    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant to the Executive Director to provide administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of handling confidential information while managing a variety of tasks to ensure the Executive Director’s schedule and priorities run smoothly.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
    • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and meeting materials
    • Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the Executive Director
    • Assist with project coordination and follow-ups
    • Maintain confidential records and files
    • Support in scheduling and coordinating meetings with stakeholders

    Requirements:

    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
    • Professionalism, discretion, and a proactive attitude
