    Special Events Co-Chair at Cat Shelter

    Responsibilities:

    • Take charge of festival registration, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
    • Get creative and proactive by researching and identifying new festival opportunities to showcase our cause.
    • Lead the charge by sourcing, scheduling, and managing volunteers to make sure our festival presence is strong and well-organized.
    • Oversee the purchase and management of festival merchandise, making sure we’re ready to wow attendees.
    • Handle the transportation of all materials to and from the event site, ensuring everything is in place for a successful event.

    What You’ll Bring:

    • Physical stamina and the ability to tackle hands-on tasks-getting things done with energy and enthusiasm!
    • Experience in event planning and team leadership, with a knack for making events run seamlessly.
    • Non-profit experience? Great! But it’s not a must.
    • A deep passion for animal welfare and education, with a heart for making a difference.
    • Strong organizational skills to keep everything on track, from planning to execution.
