    Description

    The Graphic Design Volunteer will support our communications and outreach efforts by creating visual materials for social media, marketing, and community engagement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creative collaboration, wants to build their portfolio, and is passionate about using design for meaningful impact. Interns and students seeking experience are welcome to apply.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Design digital content including:

    • Social media campaigns
    • Infographics
    • Advertisements
    • Flyers and promotional materials
    • Other visual assets as needed
    • Collaborate with a team leader through Asana to complete assigned projects.
    • Attend mandatory orientation before beginning volunteer duties.
    • Participate in regular check-ins or meetings with your designated leader.
    • Follow brand guidelines and organizational messaging to ensure cohesive visual identity.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma).
    • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to learn.
    • Ability to communicate clearly and meet deadlines.
    • Comfortable working independently and receiving feedback.
    • Prior experience in design is helpful but not required.
    • Motivated beginners and interns are encouraged to apply.

    Time Commitment:

    • Flexible schedule; approximately 3–6 hours per week depending on project needs.
    • Commitment of at least 3 months is preferred.
