    KeelWorks Foundation is a nonprofit delivering sustainable, community-led solutions that drive social and economic resilience. We partner with communities, donors, and stakeholders to create lasting, measurable impact. We are seeking strategic, people-centered Change Managers to lead exciting organizational and programmatic change as we embark on renewing our programs and operations.

They should be familiar with Change Management concepts and able to implement, document, and champion change processes. Key strengths include risk assessment, process governance, and attention to detail, along with excellent communication, meeting facilitation, and collaboration skills to work effectively with staff, volunteers, and leadership. Relevant certifications, such as ITIL Foundation/ITSM, Prosci Change Management, or project management credentials (PMP/CAPM), are desirable. The candidate should also be proficient with project management, collaboration, and reporting tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace) to successfully manage change requests, track metrics, and lead the Change.

    Position Summary

    The Change Manager(s) will guide teams, partners, and stakeholders through change with clarity, empathy, and structure. This role ensures that new strategies, systems, and ways of working are effectively implemented and embedded.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and implement change strategies aligned with organizational goals.
    • Translate priorities into clear, actionable change plans.
    • Engage internal and external stakeholders to build trust and alignment.
    • Facilitate communication, manage resistance, and support learning.
    • Track adoption and impact of change initiatives; partner with M&E teams.
    • Build internal capacity through coaching, tools, and facilitation.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Social Sciences, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
    • Minimum of two years leading organizational, programmatic or process change initiatives.
    • Experience in nonprofit, NGO, or mission-driven environments.
    • Ability to manage complex change with multiple stakeholders.

    • Ability to work across different cultures and community contexts.
    • Strategic thinker with strong execution and follow-through.
    • High emotional intelligence, empathy, and cultural sensitivity.
    • Results-oriented with collaborative, learning-focused approach.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Change management certifications (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
    • Experience with donor-funded or multi-partner programs.
    • Familiarity with MEAL frameworks.
