    JOIN CIDO’S INTERNATIONAL ADVISORY BOARD – MAKE A GLOBAL IMPACT!

    Organization: Comprehensive Infant Development Organization (CIDO)

    Location: Rwanda (Remote participation welcomed)

    Commitment: 2–4 hours/month

    About CIDO:

    CIDO is nonprofit organization registered in Rwanda with mission of promoting inclusive, holistic development in physical, cognitive, emotional, social, and spiritual dimensions for children under 18.

    Since 2023, we have reached over 21,000 children and families through interconnected programs in health & nutrition, education & early childhood education, disability inclusion, Water& Sanitation, Climate Child resilience, Sport & play, Youth and family empowerment.

    Responsibilities:

    We are seeking international Advisory Board members from USA/EU to provide strategic guidance, strengthen governance, and support global fundraising and partnerships.

    Advisory Board members will play a key role in helping CIDO scale its impact sustainably.

    Responsibilities:

      • Provide strategic advice on governance, fundraising, and corporate partnerships
      • Support development of international CSR and donor engagement strategies
      • Offer guidance on organizational growth, program sustainability, and best practices
      • Introduce CIDO to professional networks, potential donors, or corporate partners
      • Attend quarterly virtual meetings and provide ongoing advisory support

    Candidate Profile:

      • Expertise: Fundraising, CSR, NGO management, child development, or international development
      • Experience: Senior professional, consultant, academic, or diaspora professional with international networks
      • Commitment: 2–4 hours per month for advisory and strategic guidance
      • Skills: Strategic thinking, communication, networking, problem-solving
      • Values: Passion for child development and impact-driven initiatives
      • Location: Global & remote participation welcomed
