Job Summary:
The corporate partnership manager will develop and manage mutually beneficial relationships with corporate partnerships. To advance the nonprofit's mission, this role funds program expands community impact and enhances brand visibility through strategic partnerships, sponsorships, employee engagement programs, and cause-related marketing. The position reports to the Director of Partnership. Or the CEO collaborates with programs, marketing, finance, and leadership teams.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate partnership strategy aligned with organizational goals, program needs, and growth targets.
- Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward new corporate partners. Manage a portfolio of ongoing partnerships.
- Create customized partnership proposals, sponsorship packages, ROI analysis, and impact reports that demonstrate value to sponsors.
- Lead negotiation and closure of sponsorship, grants in kind, donations, and multi-year partnerships; ensure terms are clear and contract compliant.
- Collaborate with programs and ensure sponsor funding initiatives are implemented on time, on budget, and with measurable impact.
- CSR reports and cause marketing campaigns.
- Oversee fulfillment of sponsor benefits, recognitions, naming rights, marketing placements, event exposure, and track deliverables.
- Managed budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for partnerships; monitor revenue against targets and adjusted strategies as needed.
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with the sponsor's expectations.
- Develop and maintain a robust donor and sponsored pipeline, including CRM documentation, move management, and stewardship plans.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and impact stories for board meetings, quarterly reviews, and donor recognition events.
- Represent the organization at conferences, meetings, and community events to cultivate relationships.
- Stay informed about industry trends and corporate philanthropy, philanthropy, sponsorship marketing, and nonprofit fundraising.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts understandably and concisely.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. Proven ability to secure and steward corporate partners.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate organizational programs into partner value propositions.
- Analytic mindset with the ability to track KPIs, measure sponsorship impact, and prepare actionable reports. Project management and event planning skills. Ability to manage multiple partnerships and deadlines.
- Familiarity with nonprofit fundraising best practices. Donor privacy compliance and the IRS section 501-C3 guidelines were applicable local regulations. Proficiency with CRM systems, EG, Salesforce and Donor Perfect, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Collaborative style with the ability to work across departments, programs, marketing, finance, and leadership.
- Knowledge of marketing, branding, and corporate social responsibility concepts. Understanding of cause marketing is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to work on multiple projects and stay within scope, schedule, cost, and quality specifications.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other related software.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in includes nonprofit, management, marketing, communications, business or related field.
- Four to six years of experience and corporate partnership, sponsorship development, corporate fundraising, or outside sales marketing roles within a nonprofit context.
- Demonstrated track record of securing sponsorships or partnerships and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Experience with event planning, donor stewardship, and budget management is preferred.
- Technical certifications, certificate programs, and/or higher-level training are highly desired

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
