    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prospect Research: Identify potential funding from government, foundations, and corporations (local, state, federal).
    • Proposal Development: Write, edit, and submit high-quality grant applications, including narratives, budgets, and supporting documents (resumes, maps, organizational charts).
    • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with funders and internal subject matter experts.
    • Compliance & Tracking: Monitor awarded grants, track deadlines, manage budgets, ensure compliance, and complete required reporting.
    • Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic grant plan, providing decision-making support to leadership.
